About the role This is a high-impact role responsible for owning and evolving Decagon's marketing operating system. Building on an existing foundation, you will take full ownership of our marketing systems, data, and processes, ensuring they are reliable, scalable, and support a rapidly growing business. You will set the direction for how campaigns are executed, how data flows across systems, and how performance is measured from lead capture through pipeline. You'll be a key partner to Marketing, RevOps, and Sales leadership, ensuring teams have the infrastructure, visibility, and processes needed to operate effectively and make informed decisions.
